Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities say they have uncovered a second criminal organization during the “Carthage” operation. The alleged network links senior personnel from the SBU, National Police and Prosecutor General’s Office to drug trafficking, fraudulent call centres, currency counterfeiting, kidnapping and torture.
